Excellent experience Staffs are very kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean. I recommend this place. I will definitely consider this place in my next trip. It is also located in a very nice place. There are many places restaurants nearby.

I wouldn't choose this location again. I'd say the experience was below average, but not quite poor. My spouse and I stayed where for the month of June while we were waiting for our new apartment to be ready. We kept the room clean and tidy while we 'lived' here and we did not want our cat to dart out of the room if housekeeping did enter the room, so we declined this service. However we were told there would have to be an inspection every 2 weeks due to declining this, so we arranged for a specific day to ensure the cat would not dart out. They still did the inspection on a completely different day without telling us. There were also several times that our keys stopped working. Our room number got mixed up and they thought the room we were in was vacant and the manager, Bill even questioned if we were sure what room we were in! The back parking lot is full of tossed out room furniture and cigarette butts all over the place. Signs are posted about smoking away from the building and getting fined if you are caught smoking too close to the building, but it's the employees who are leaving the discarded cigarettes by the building. Obviously no one cares. Final complaints: The AC in the room smells like sweat and there is a weird long-term resident who sits in the lobby at all hours chatting with staff. I swear I saw the same guy sitting there every single time I passed through the lobby.

A really good extended stay I stayed here with my husband for quite awhile as we were searching for an apartment and I had a really good experience. The rooms were nice, spacious and well insulated and the staff were helpful and friendly. I love that no one comes to knock on your door all the time, no one ever comes if you don't want them to! They were very accommodating of my dog too, and you only pay the pet fee for the first 6 days which saved us a bunch of money. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others.

Unsanitary, gross. Would give 0 stars but my husband thinks the girls up front who helped us out earned the 2 stars. Checked in around 10pm, and the front desk girl was a little short with us but it was late so we brushed it off. To start our room was absolutely freezing cold, and had a little musty smell. The heater took about an hour to actually start warming the room. Flash forward to the morning and we both think it smells so much worse than we got there, and realize turning the heater on was a mistake. We pick up our sweatshirts off the ground and they smell like straight up pee. So bad that we had to find a plastic bag to put them in, along with our other clothes from the previous day because they reeked of pee. We went out to buy new sweatshirts and when we came back the entire room had finally warmed up and the smell was on everything. It was bad. The only saving grace is that the front desk associate the next morning was really nice and immediately got us switched to a different room and checked back in with us to make sure everything was ok. Our room was definitely better, was definitely cleaner and the heater worked better but it was hard to feel all the way clean if I’m honest.
