no bueno Stayed here for the weekend with my parents. We arrived at the hotel at 2 am. Woke up at 8 am to noise and banging coming from the roof. We asked about it and they said they were having maintenance on the roof starting at 9. Had 3 people but they only gave us 2 sets of towels. When we left for the day and came back 11 hours later for the night the room was not clean and no show of room service had come around. When we confronted Ash at the front desk about it at the front desk she told us we need to ask for room service and they do not provide it unless asked. They refused to give us a 3rd set of towels. And then demanded for us to bring the towels down ourselves. She then told me that if we didnt like how things are done here we can speak to her manager on Monday and we can check out and find a different place. Overall customer service was extremely poor. They dont have elevators to lead to the higher floors. The handicap spot is used by non handicap people. There is a stench throughout the hotel leading into the rooms. Would not recommend staying here.

Emptied our room and lost our belongings The worst hotel experience ever! There was a mistake in the booking of our room that had us checking out a day earlier than expected. We returned to our room at 8:30pm and our cards did not work in the door. We went to the front desk and the person said our reservation was over and someone else was checked into the room. They did not attempt to contact us in any way, no calls, email, or text. Meanwhile we found one of our suitcases abandoned in a hallway. None of the employees on shift knew what had happened and searched around for our belongings. Eventually they found some but not all our items stuffed in garbage bags in a mechanical room. We had to unload the garbage bags and repack our suitcases in the hallway with customers walking around and over our items. It was then that we realized that several of our items were missing that were in the dresser, in the closet and on the desk. The person at the front desk refused to help and look for the missing items. That same night we called corporate customer support, and she said due to the magnitude of the incident she was opening an investigation case, and someone would be contacting us shortly. Three days later after no contact we called corporate again and were told it could take some time to resolve the case but if the hotel’s management didn’t provide a satisfactory resolution corporate would step in and make it right for us. It has now been almost three months since the hotel lost almost $350 worth of our personal belongings. Nobody has reached out to contact us to try to resolve this. We’ve called and talked to five corporate customer service representatives and spent hours on the phone and all they do is put us on hold, call the hotel, and “review options”. At the end corporate customer support said the only option is to try to resolve it directly with the hotel and they can’t do anything to help. We will NEVER stay at one of the Choice Hotels brands of hotels again!

mobility access room not ADA compliant (shower too small) I am on a power wheelchair and I was happy to find a mobility access room with this hotel at a reasonable price. there are no elevator in this hotel, you have to go down two steep ramps to get to the first floor. the main issue for me was the shower. The shower is too small (30x30 My estimate) and non ADA compliant. 1 person barely fits in. Not enough room for My shower bench or enough room for transferring or for my assistant to help. we returned the room right away and started walking on the street to find another hotel. Luckily we found a suitable room next door at Courtyard Marriott, Otherwise the trip would have been a disaster. I still got charged one night, even though I did not stay at the hotel.

Questionable My experience here was not what I expected it would be. The hotel itself is jammed in behind a Carl's Jr and a Best Western. Check in felt sketchy with the girl taking a photo of my ID, and texting and waiting for replies. It turned out she was texting the housekeeper to check that the room was ready. My room was in the basement, and the carpet was slightly damp. It smelled clean though and everything looked OK. The air conditioner was set to 62° which was cold, but it for sure worked. The shower/tub had some rust stains. The whole building looked to be older with a new coat of paint on everything. I just had an uneasy feeling being there as a woman with my son. I didn't feel particularly safe, which may not be fair as nothing happened, but I did worry about the locks on the door and whether my car was safe outside.
