Near Syracuse, NY Fantastic hotel, great location, close to interstate, plenty of parking, Breakfast is good, plenty of hot coffee and food choices. Rooms are clean, coffeemaker and fridge in room. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Staff is friendly, welcoming, helpful and polite.

A Solid Holiday Inn Express Experience Our family of four stayed over one night as part of a longer road trip and found this location to be exactly what we expected. The Holiday Inn Express Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and location was good. We were able to have a good night sleep before continuing in our journey. We did use the pool, which was a little bit cold and very shallow (think kick the bottom accidentally) but it was fine overall.

Great staff This is a clean and friendly hotel not far from the Amphitheater and fairgrounds. It is remote but we found a Byrnes Dairy right down the street that had everything. Check in was so easy and very friendly. Shannon was so pleasant and kind to everyone. The staff at this Holiday Inn Express is exceptional. A nice and reasonably priced place to stay.

Come for a quiet sleep, and stay for breakfast! Spent a night here recently for a concert at the amphitheater (which is an amazing place to see your favorite band). The location is a little strange, in the middle of nowhere behind a moving company. Not sure if you'd want to go for a midnight stroll. Bring whatever you need as there are no stores that you can walk to. They do have snacks and drinks for sale on site. The rooms and facilities are very good, nothing to complain about here, except the in room safe didn't work. The breakfast was fine for me; fruit, yogurt, eggs, pancakes. The highlight of our stay was interacting with Eliza in the breakfast area. She made our day, so much fun and full of life. In these times, an employee like this is golden. Message to management: Hang on to her, treat her like the treasure she is. I would give her a raise! So, don't hesitate to stay here.

Very good place to stay As good as could be. Very nice room. Clean and quiet. Easy parking. Responsive staff. Decent, not great, breakfast. Good value. Well worth the cost. A bit out of the way, but that helps keep it quiet. It’s a very decent hotel in the Syracuse area.
