Our stop over Good clean room but the hotel is back in behind the mall and felt uncomfortable to my girl friend. Quiet though a few drunks that night. Worked for our stop over. Employees were friendly and helpful. Easy to access many local restaurants and bars . Enjoy

Uma was Great but...no Sleep Inn The desk clerk Uma was lovely and efficient. But things just weren't up to Sleep Inn standards. The lack of coffee in dining room at check in; broken coffee maker although quickly replaced; the loud refrigerator; the sheer with cigarette burns; the lack of basic helps such as laundry bag, directory, channel menu; sticky surfaces; previously used shampoo; stale bread and weak juice at breakfast; loud handling of homeless at breakfast all these combined just did not add up to the quality of Sleep Inns we have stayed at previously.

Find another hotel. We booked a room here for 2 nights while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The only good thing was that the room itself seemed clean. Overall, the room is small. The toilet and shower are in a room with a sliding pocket door that was kind of hard to open and close. The bed was comfortable. However, the room overall seemed dark and dingy. The stand the fridge sat in appeared quite old and had pieces of it flaking off at the bottom. They really need to update the furniture. The entrance/lobby area looked updated, but once you go back to where the rooms are, you can see they spend no money investing in updates. The carpet in the hallway our room was in was filthy and had dark stains all over it. The only staff I saw the entire time we were there was the check-in in person. The desk was empty every time I walked by. Which made me kind of concerned about security. The hotel is way in the back at a dead end, and we saw some kind of sketchy people standing around. The parking lot is not very well lit. There were some kids running up and down playing in the hall, but luckily, they stopped by the time I went to sleep. Although someone did jiggle the handle on our room door at one point, I'm going to assume it was the kids playing in the hall, but I don't know for sure. The breakfast selection wasn't very good. I had a tiny yogurt, and my bagel was stale. The bananas were brown. This place needs an entire overhaul. I will not be staying here again.

Good place We stayed here about 5 years ago & it was superb. We thought it was better than a Comfort Inn. I’m sad to say the physical plant has not weathered the COVID years very well. The service at the front desk & at the the breakfast room was friendly & helpful. The breakfast selections were good. The whole place was clean. Our beds were comfy& made correctly. One towel was stained. The bathroom door needed repair & paint. The hall smelled like tobacco smoke but I don’t know why. It was quiet & we slept well. It’s close to restaurants & shopping. This is a fine choice to stay for one night while traveling through.

Excellent place to stay for a great price My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way through town to vacation down south. Check in was quick and easy and the lobby is clean and well kept up. We stayed in a room with a king bed, which was clean and well kept up. We both enjoyed the large walk-in shower instead of a typical hotel shower/tub combo that I usually wind up stubbing a toe on. My one complaint is that the only hook for towels is right beside the toilet, (close enough that your arm brushes up against it when sitting on the toilet.). iOt should be on the wall beside the shower, which would be more hygienic, but since we were only here one night, we didn’t have to worry about re-using towels hung beside the toilet. I’ve read reviews that the rooms on the highway side of the hotel are loud with road noise, but we just kept the fan on the heating & ac unit all night and barely heard anything. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, but there was enough room for people to sit as they filtered through and the attendant was good about keeping things filled. All in all, it was a good place to stay, and the price-point is excellent. We will definitely return here on our way through again
