Festival Argentino Kenmore Middle School Arlington, Arlington

Argentine Festival USA winner of the 2012 Gold Presidential Volunteer & 2010 Call to Service Award for a lifetime community work serving the community. A portion of the proceeds benefits a school yearly. Along with being focused on helping, the festival is a celebration of Argentine culture that has grown steadily in both size and scope, thanks to the support and encouragement of the Arlington County government. This growth was reflected with the new addition of several performances, such as dance, folklore and music groups - The size and diversity of the County's population make this the location to celebrate the Argentine cultural identity with their own festival like. Other communities are their own National Day such as Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Uruguay, among others.

The festival features classic Argentine performances of folklore, tango, pop, and rock, in addition to exhibitors portraying other Argentinean cultural traditions.
