Momentum Personal Training is a group of specialized personal trainers who use unique, personalized exercise and nutritional guidance to help our clients reach their goals and live healthier lives.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Positive motivation is what separates Momentum from the rest. We will encourage you and coach you to make sure you stay on track to accomplish your goals. We will encourage you to try new challenges and exercises you thought you couldn’t do. More importantly, we you engaged!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Momentum tries to fight the mainstream gym culture. We invest in everyone of our clients rather then view them as a pay check. We work with people who are serious about getting results. Only 40% of people in gyms use their memberships. We want 100% of out clients in here making progress.

What do you love most about your job?
We love our clients. Plain and simple. We enjoy working with each on of our clients and getting to know them and become invested in their lives and successes.
