I’ve been visiting Spa Logic on and off for almost eight years, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst facials I’ve experienced here. Not only did the entire session feel rushed, but there was also confusion with my booking. Even though I scheduled the appointment the day before and called to confirm, the aesthetician mentioned they thought I had canceled, which was not true.
The facial itself was underwhelming. For $70, it was essentially just a face massage with some cleansers and Image Skincare products applied afterward. While Image Skincare is a good line, the steps felt very basic — nothing you couldn’t easily do yourself at home. The aesthetician was fine, but she didn’t provide any special treatments or results that would justify the cost.
Overall, between the booking mix-up, the rushed experience, and the lack of real results, this facial just didn’t feel worth the value.
