Our instructors are here to support and guide you through your yoga practice. We want to make sure that you find the right class that fits your needs.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our classes are designed to engage all students of various levels. Calming music, lighting & essential oils provide an atmosphere where students can unwind and relax from their day. Yoga & Aerial Yoga become a practice a part of our weekly routine, that is when we begin to see the benefits.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I always liked to move. When I injured my back I was introduced to yoga. It has been the best type of movement for my body ever since. It also helped me to relieve stress & anxiety. As I began to teach I saw how yoga touched my students as well & knew it was something I wanted to always share.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is seeing how it helps others.
