What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The ability to have more time with each client to attend to their questions and needs without them being rushed because of overbooking from corporate demands.

What do you love most about your job?

The chance to connect with each client and watch them reach their skin care goals. It was also important for me to run a business that uses money received through memberships to help animal rescues. The products I use on clients are cruelty-free and available for services and retail.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

One client was so grateful for the feel and look of their skin that they started taking selfies right away.
