In addition to being a marathon runner, ACE-certified trainer, and RRCA-certified running coach, Jasmine Graham is a motivational speaker. So when she founded Pace for Success, she didn?t just want to focus on external change?she wanted to create a place where people could gain inner strength, self-discipline, and self-control through leading healthier lifestyles and reaching fitness goals. She challenges students to swing kettlebells, jump rope, and toss medicine balls so they can grow stronger and more flexible during indoor boot camps. Along with a team of instructors, she leads group fitness classes including TRX suspension training, cardio kickboxing, and Xtreme Abs classes. Instructors also help runners of all ability levels train for 5Ks and marathons through their individual-training sessions and running program, which includes a training schedule and pace-and-gait analysis, as well as elements of nutrition support and injury prevention.
Pace for Success?s registered dietician, Dina Lipkind, helps members bolster the results of their workouts with nutritional-counseling sessions, which she offers at her office, the client?s office or home, and through email or carrier pigeon.
