My niece enjoyed herself. Concession stand is a bit pricey. With the Groupon deals you do not receive the arcade card promised on the sign in the building. So, the discount on Groupon and the nit receiving the arcade card sort of makes this a ok deal. But, it is a nice place and staff is nice they are just young and working with small kids all day.

Staff were very rude and would not honor expired Groupon. Said flat out No it’s expired. Not even the price I paid. Most of the place was closed due to poor staffing. Very disappointed and I’ve taken the kids for years. It’s changed.

I took my grandkids Saturday and had an expired Groupon From May. The young employee didn’t know how to use it against the price of admission. She called a manager and he told me flat out it’s expired take it up with Groupon we cannot honor it. My understanding of Groupon was the amount you pay never expires. I’ve been here dozens of times and I will not go back ever. They were rude, arrogant.

The food isn't great! However, my son & niece seems to have a fun time whenever we visit! It's best to go early before the crowd comes. We had the ultimate package and wasn't able to use it all!

Goid place for kids to play out. Like it especially the laser tag. Stuff are very friendly and place very good, kind if small for bigger group gathering up to 9.
