Training sessions are held at Grandmaster Alan Lee’s Chinese Kung Fu Wu Su Association. Reggie Zephyrin holds a 4th Degree Level in Kung Fu Wu Su, this martial arts center knows exactly what it's doing. JadeDragon Kung-Fu offers classes for children and adults who wish to learn how to protect themselves as well as become physically stronger. Through the kung-fu training, participants may not only become fitter individuals but also improve their confidence and practice self-control.
