Fuze Fit 2 Play, San Jose

FUZE Fit 2 Play! is a non-competitive youth-only interactive fitness and afterschool activity program modeled after the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance® and our award-winning proprietary curriculum, Intelligent Sports Conditioning™. Since 2008 we've offer classes, parties and camps for kids 4 to 12 years that mix sports conditioning, yoga, martial arts, and dance classes. There is a lot of laughter between the facility’s walls, some of which are studded with stones that welcome the grip of aspiring rock climbers. FUZE enhances athletic development, physical fitness, sports preparation, confidence-building and self-esteem. We feature after-school programs - including school shuttle service and homework club for Extended Time, personal training, team-based training for coaching staff, P.E. field trips for schools, seasonal camps and extreme fun parties! Plus, kids will get the benefits of trying out group exercise classes - yoga, zumba, martial arts, jumprope, trampoline, hip-hop with certified coaches and qualified instructors who “get kids” – that’s all we do!
