Burrrific in the best way. There was an option for three or five or an 8 minute session and I opted for the middle time since it was my first. New to the altitude and the combination of the cryotherapy and a lymphatic drainage massage has tremendously helped my migraines and and just general breathing. Alex and her mom are amazing and kind and knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next session.
