Chipotle prepare food without added colors, flavors, or preservatives (other than
lemon or lime juice, which can be used as preservatives — though these are only used for taste). They use genuine raw ingredients sourced from farms rather than factories, and spend a lot more on ingredients than many other restaurants.

Can I cancel my online or mobile order with Chipotle after I've submitted it?

When you submit an order, it's sent directly to the restaurant crew, so it can get cooked up. That makes canceling orders difficult. If you really must cancel, and you've ordered directly through the app or online, reach out to the Customer Service team through the Contact Us page. If you ordered through a partner, check your confirmation email to contact their team directly. Keep in mind that you may incur a cancelation fee.

Why am I receiving an error message when I try to join Chipotle Rewards?

Your email may have been used to sign up for a Chipotle ordering account before. If you’ve forgotten your password, make sure to retrieve it.

Can I earn points with Chipotle anywhere?

You can earn anywhere in the US, for now. Just make sure to scan your Digital Member Code before you pay (if you’re ordering in a restaurant) or log into your account (if you’re ordering through our app or online).
