The quality of care and attention put toward my client and their needs. My goal is to truly help my clients understand fitness, reach their goals, and take back control of their lives.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Mundane? No! Routines are constantly varied, so it’s fun and keeps the body working hard. I like to use the outdoors for running, Tabata timers to keep my clients motivated and moving, partner workouts. Things of this nature.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Always having a love for fitness, I found myself in a career field I displeased greatly, so the love-what-you-do concept started making much more sense. I made a decision to follow my passion and here I am, years later, helping others do what they couldn’t do alone: changing lives for the better.
What do you love most about your job?
The drive I see in my clients when they set their mind and heart to break their old habits and create a new and improved version of themselves. I also love the heartfelt appreciation I receive when at that moment a client realizes their life has been changed forever.
