What You'll Get
- During therapeutic Movement and Bodywork session, the technician identifies the areas of strain and blockages and uses the most suitable customized bodywork technique, such as myofascial release, craniosacral, movement therapy, mindfulness, trigger point, muscle energy technique, PNF stretching, active isolated stretching, deep-tissue, cupping, or energy work.
- Please wear shorts, bra and underwear or a bathing suit for treatment sessions.
- This is not a spa massage.
Session length may be extended for an additional fee. Movement and Yoga Therapy sessions are available and can be added to either treatment for an additional fee.

Anima Flow Movement & Bodywork is movement exploration and movement therapy blended with bodywork to enhance and empower clients results in personal evolution and healing. We use movement and hands on therapy to tap into our physical and emotional blockages. It is also a space to express oneself creatively and emotionally.
Holly Miely is a licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Sedona School of Massage. Holly offers a potent combination of hands on bodywork methods and movement designed to make lasting change in the body. She specializes in myofascial release, therapeutic bodywork, connective tissue, energy work, healing and movement therapy including aspects of yoga, dance, sensual movement, primal movement and awareness. Holly’s extensive background in movement, beginning at age 4, study of the body, innate intuition and hands on work bring together a powerful opportunity to heal and empower yourself. No two sessions are the same as no two people are the same. Holly’s assessments will address the entire person, not a singular condition. Resulting in very personal treatment designed to address your specific areas of dis-ease. Holly believes the most powerful change comes from a combination of movement and bodywork. She believes we are all healers of our own bodies and strives to empower others to heal themselves.
Holly designs each treatment in response to your unique individual physical, mental and emotional needs, listening deeply to your body’s innate wisdom while guiding you toward your natural state of vivacious health and well-being.
Through her nurturing touch, empathic support and intuitive artistry, she helps you heal your bodily restrictions and physical pain, reduce stress, anxiety, depression, emotional traumas, fears and phobias, so you can experience a sense of flowing energy and balance through a body-mind-heart connection.
Holly’s movement journey began when she started ballet, dance and acrobatics classes at age 4. She began teaching at her dance studio at age 12 and went on to receive a minor degree in dance from the University of Arizona. She has been teaching spinning and other group fitness classes since college. A self taught pole dancer since 2006, Holly was hooked from day one. Holly is a certified master pole dance, aerial yoga and aerial hoop lyra instructor and ambassador to the Pole Fitness Association (PFA). She founded Anima Flow Movement & Bodywork in 2006 in the Aspen valley, Colorado which offers exclusive private and semi-private instruction in pole dance, aerial Yoga, aerial silk, lyra, personal training, strength and flexibility, dance and her signature floor flow class, Anima Flow. In 2014 she launched instructor certification programs for pole dance, aerial yoga, aerial hoop lyra, flexibility, Pilates and suspension fitness.
