Hope is a fabulous woman and very skilled at her craft! She was very informative on the threads I was having placed in and on the aftercare. More importantly, she was very honest with me about not needing any more threads even though I have a tendency to want to have other things done, lol. I really appreciated her friendliness, skills, and most of all, her honesty. I definitely recommend her! A++
