Banks Crossfit is legit! The owner and trainers are awesome. It doesn't matter your level of fitness, they are all trained to bring you up to speed or fine tune you as an athlete. The people that belong to the "box" makes everyone feel welcome. I rated them 5 stars because they are ever bit of it.
Finding this groupon motivated me to join this facility and lead me to a direction of healthy choices and decisions. I am only a new member but I have definitely decided to be a regular here...the instructors are motivating and very positive, fun to be around
Banks Country CrossFit is great! The owners, Trevor and Bethany work with you individually helping you improve each class. It was so encouraging to see myself improving, doing what I thought was impossible. They are encouraging and enthusiastic. The setting was great to. I would highly recommend their class if you are wanting to improve your level of fitness!
