Q&A with Ben and Tommy, Trainers
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Short and long term goal setting, modifications for any age or fitness level, regular evaluations and progress assessments, a lot of fun, and creative and challenging training that will never be repetitive.
What is the biggest mistake you see people make when trying to get fit on their own?
No motivation, incorrect form, no accountability, too much routine, lack of variety in training, unrealistic goal-setting, not fun or interesting, no spotter, ignorance, or no outside encourage and/or coaching.
What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
Fun, challenging, full-body training relevant to their specific goals. It is not unlike being hit by a mac truck.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Bring a barf bag and come hydrated.
