About Brutopia Brewery and Kitchen

The classic combo of barbecue and beer reaches new heights at Brutopia Brewery and Kitchen. Chef Mike Ianotti and pit master Richard Benson's menu is filled with local products, but their meticulously prepared Memphis-style barbecue dishes reign supreme. First, meats are cured with dry rub, then placed atop local hardwood inside Brutopia's massive smoker. Diners make the dishes their own with a choice of barbecue sauces, several of which are made with the onsite brewery's creations.

And there's plenty more craft beer where that came from. Head brewer Sean Larkin ensures the eatery's 15 rotating taps include Brutopia beers, which range from a watermelon lager to an East Coast–style IPA, alongside Revival brews.
