About Buffalo Barre
Buffalo Barre's founder, Maria McKendry, was a major player in bringing the Lotte Berk method of barre fitness to Buffalo in 2012 and has continued to develop her own style since then. Her buffaloBARRE technique incorporates the best of barre fitness with pilates, yoga, and circuit training for a low-impact workout that focuses on strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning. Through a host of classes, workshops on nutrition, and unique fitness challenges, Maria and her team of trained instructors create a supportive and motivating environment for women to reach their fitness potential.
