Customer service is a big priority for us and we do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. We take our time with our customers and go over every single detail before they walk out of our store. We offer a variety of designer and non-designer frames to fit anyones budget.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was always good at understanding the anatomy of the eye. People don't realize how important their eyes truly are. They are how we see the world and everything in it. I'm passionate about helping people to see to their best potential.
What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with the patients and figuring out what's the best fit and style for their face structure.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
