Great Thanksgiving Appetizer classes take place on Tuesday, November 12, at noon and 7 p.m. During this class, students will learn how to make delicious appetizers such as bacon wrapped stuffing, stuffed mushrooms, roasted butternut squash bruschetta, and crispy salt and vinegar kale chips.
Deck the Halls with easy Entertaining classes take place on Tuesday, December 3, at noon and 7 p.m. Like the previous course, Deck the Halls with Easy Entertaining goes over ways to make hosting parties a little easier. From great holiday cocktail ideas to easy ways to make truffles, Chef It Up will give you the tools to stay stress-free this holiday season. Check out the class schedule here.
Chef It Up
Favorite family recipes inspire the curriculum at Chef It Up, where kids learn culinary techniques from patient instructors. As they whip up pizza, cupcakes, mac and cheese, and quesadillas, kids may not realize that they’re learning vocabulary, kitchen etiquette, skills, and hand-eye coordination. Tirone knows that adults may enjoy a lesson or two as well, so Chef It Up also hosts nights-in classes for grownups that cover cake decorating and mozzarella making, among other topics. All dishes are made using peanut- and tree-nut-free ingredients.
