About Chicken Moto
Chicken Moto is a full service restaurant that brings together South Korean Seoul and Texas Southern comfort food for a unique Korean Fried Chicken experience that is paired with a fresh twist on traditional sides and a great mix of beers. The eatery centers around 'Not Your Mama's Fried Chicken', the most popular and award-winning dish at the team's other venture bbbop Seoul Kitchen. The restaurant itself is situated in a converted auto repair shop with a series of motorcycle art pieces fashioned by one of the partners. Chicken Moto is owned and operated by Sandy and Greg Bussey - the well-known Dallas husband/wife chef team, Samuel Osee - the visionary behind Chicken Moto, Tacoria and Tacolicious (and has some amazing motorcycles), and Steve Shin - founder of bbbop Seoul Kitchen and key operator for all restaurants. From start to finish, there's nothing typical about a meal here. The most popular sides are the Kimchi Queso w/Taro Chips or Curry Fries, Elotes Corn and Chicken Cracklin'. It's a toss up which fried chicken flavor is the most popular between soy-ginger and sweet-and-spicy chili. The freshness and rich flavors make Chicken Moto a must try and repeat in Dallas. Great for small and large groups and also has patio seating.
