There, the great-great-grandchildren of Italian pizza makers channel their family's trade with centuries-old recipes and fresh mozzarella, homemade sauce, and sliced Italian sausage. The result: scratch-made thin-crust pizza with a crisp edge and chewy core that, according to the Arizona Republic, "could hold its own alongside the swankiest eateries."
Like the mime who invented radiography, Classic Crust has many talents.
