I thought they were very nice and the service was great.
What I wonder is this:
To buy the glasses and lenses he wanted on the website was $174 I think. With the Groupon it was $274. This is with $325 going towards lenses and frames.
So I’m not sure that made sense or if this was a good deal? But I think $274 plus the Groupon price is acceptable I guess.
Great service and don't get mad if you didn't read the fine print 😁
This is tough, the place, Dr. and staff were so lovely & my Rx is perfect, BUT, they refused to honor my Groupon b/c I have different Rx in each eye, so the visit cost $105 on top of the Groupon price & I think they sold me children's glasses & im not going to be able to wear these. If id gone to my old place, I'd have spent $80 & have wearable glasses, vs this place which was $181.
I had a great experience here. I walked in and was examined right away. The doctor was so nice, and clearly explained what was going on with my vision and eyes. After the exam the fantastic staff behind the counter helped me pick out the perfect set of frames for me. Plus, my glasses will be ready next day. I would definitely go back.
They over charged me and now I have to argue to get my mom met back

They charge you extras and try to get you to buy extras.
Read the fine print! The staff is really great, warm, helpful, friendly, but the groupon itself is misleading in its wording. You are paying the $21 for the groupon but at your visit you will have to pay an additional $50. It is still a great deal, I just feel bad for the lovely staff that everyone who comes in with a Groupon has the potential to feel annoyed about paying the additional money.
