During a variety of group fitness classes, the trainers at CORE Fitness Studio work their students into shape. Core Fitness offers challenging and engaging workouts, motivating instructors, and an inclusive community environment. The number of participants is limited in each class so you get the individual attention you need while being energized by the group environment. The studio's signature D.I.G class is a High Intensity Interval Training class that changes up each session, doing anything from circuit training one day to tabata the next in order to stave off boredom. One-on-one and small-group training is also available, and for those who want to overhaul their lifestyle they offer onsite Nutritionalists.
