What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We are the only studio in the Greater Long Beach area to have the RealRyder indoor cycles and the only studio that is certified to teach TaeBo Fitness, the bikes that tilt and lean side to side, giving a whole new dynamic to indoor cycling. Couple that with our rowers, TRX, weights, and punching bags, you will get a total-body, non-impact, rockin' workout!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Our workouts are forever changing! Never do the same workout twice at Crank It Up! You can also build your own workout. When two instructors are on the roster, you can choose to do one hour RealRyder cycling or one hour rowing/strength or 30 minutes of each, transferring rooms at the 30-minute mark.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I am an avid outdoor cyclist and coach who wanted to bring cycling indoors, coupling it with the safest, most effective cross training that I could imagine. That is how I came up with Cycle/Row/Strength! It's an ever-changing, total-body, non-impact workout here at Crank It Up!
What do you love most about your job? I love it when people sweat, laugh, and see the results that [they] work so hard for! I love to see people take it outside their comfort zone and create the change that they desire, both physically and mentally as well!
