What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Majoring in Exercise Science, serving as an Intern S&C Coach at Norfolk State University. Served and created adapted Special Olympic programs for kids with autism and serve as a strength coach at one of the DMV's top high schools.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping athletes and changing lives!
