Under the guidance of seasoned instructors, students make their way through varied group and personal workouts that fuse gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardio drills for a full-body workout. Against the gym's industrial backdrop of red, white, and black, students at CrossFit Clayton hoist and grapple with a stock of functional training equipment—including kettlebells, climbing ropes, pull-up bars, and barbells—to conquer the ever-changing Workout of the Day. Believers that “everyone is an athlete,” certified CrossFit Level 1 instructors channel their former careers as sports players to motivate students through sweat-inducing tapestries that combine fitness modalities such as weightlifting and gymnastics. Aiming for optimal fitness in every aspect, they also offer nutrition guidance.
