Comprising more working out than instruction, CrossFit Lite features the varied, high-intensity functional movements of CrossFit without barbells. This program eliminates the learning curve of barbells, allowing beginners to begin gaining strength and cardiovascular fitness without bulking up or lifting heavy weights. If you would like to move on to fully fledged CrossFit, you must first complete the CrossFit On-Ramp program.
On-Ramp is more focused on instruction than working out. It teaches newcomers proper form and the fundamental movements of CrossFit, including Olympic weightlifting with barbells. Students improve the strength, flexibility, and coordination needed to safely complete CrossFit workouts.

Love of endurance sports and CrossFit, and the belief that the two are compatible if programmed correctly. Other CrossFit gyms were only interested in CrossFit for CrossFit's sake, so we opened the gym we wanted to join!
