About Dalton Distillery
Established in 2015, Dalton Distillery is new to the world of craft distillers. The Butler family moonshine recipe is generations in the making. Master Distiller Raymond Butler and his son Chuck started out making Raymond's Reserve, a corn whiskey that won a gold medal at the MicroLiquor Spirit Awards. They now offer a cinnamon whiskey. It received a triple gold medal at the MicroSpirit Awards and have plans to expand the menu to other spirits as they grow.
