John is awesome! Instantly felt pretty good about the whole experience as soon as John pointed out his credentials, his trophies, shared some information with me about his competition shows, that instantly put me at ease because I know he's living the lifestyle and not just talking about it in theory. The information I received was tremendously helpful, because I really needed to know my body fat percentage, as the at home methods I use are inaccurate and misleading. I clearly see now, that I have room for improvement and I have even more reason to focus my energy on my nutrition. Excellent service and consultation with John. I'll be back once I attack my nutrition and stick with my workouts for a while.
