Owned by Dirk and Terry Fucik, they together combine 40 years of fishery experience with a shared passion for educating people on sustainable seafare, Dirk’s Fish casts its nets daily to lure in responsibly harvested seafood from around the world. Each new arrival carries at least 40 varieties of maritime eats, which are cleaned, prepped, and cut daily. The wide array of oceanic victuals includes sushi, farm-raised salmon, oysters from both coasts, and seasonal king crab hailing from Dutch Harbor, Alaska. In addition to fish, a rotating selection of ready-to-eat appetizers, salads, soups, and entrees adds an aquatic bent to meals, which can be eaten at Dirk's small dining tables or taken to go.
