What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It's 2015. Parking your car in town should be fast, pain free, cost effective, and 100% secure. It should be as easy as opening your phone and pressing a single button. Agree? Then DropCar was built for you.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the “wow” moment people have the first time one of our friendly valets meets them right in front of their building, meeting spot, restaurant, etc. and handles the headaches of parking for them.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A client was headed to an important meeting, and their battery died. They used DropCar to have a valet come to their car, and our valet jump started the car, drove to get a new battery, and installed it all while the client was able to make it on time to their meeting. The client was quite happy :)
