I bought this expecting it might not work—after all, it was inexpensive. At first, it did seem to fail, so I planned to get the product directly from Microsoft. On a whim, I replied to the vendor’s email instead, not expecting much help. To my surprise, they responded in under 30 minutes, apologized for the issue, and provided clear troubleshooting steps. When I needed more help, they replied again promptly. In the end, the problem turned out to be on my machine, and once I fixed it, everything worked perfectly. Bottom line: exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be using this vendor again.

Very easy process! Haven't received them yet, so I can't speak to the quality, but I have a feeling they'll be awesome!

We've done this for many years. Great deal and the cards always come out beautiful. Lots of templates to choose from.
