$45 for a Golf Fitness Session with Video Analysis ($150 Value)

Doctor of Chiropractic Adam Macek, a certified golf fitness instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute, attempts to correct improper golf swings by measuring the patient’s ability to generate and transfer speed. During an initial physical screen, he first assesses which areas of the body may be contributing to an improper swing. Then he examines the swing in motion using video swing analysis aided by computer software. After gathering all of the results, Dr. Macek tailors an exercise program to rehabilitate the swing. This Groupon includes the first rehabilitation session, with exercises, drills, and stretches.

Dynamic Sports Fitness & Chiropractic

As a former athlete and current player of golf, soccer, and softball, Dynamic Sports Fitness & Chiropractic’s Adam Macek, Doctor of Chiropractic, is no stranger to the toll that sports take on the body. He decided to become a chiropractor, using techniques such as spine adjustment and functional rehabilitation, to battle that toll's effects and to help his patients get back to doing the activities that they love, instead of sitting on the sidelines, morosely eating dandelions.

Dr. Macek is certified in a number of ameliorative arts that reduce pain and muscle tension, including acupuncture and Kinesio Taping, as well as in golf fitness instruction, with which he uses slow-motion video and computer software to diagnose swing-related problems, such as overusing the upper body on the downswing and not getting enough arch support from bunny slippers. He utilizes four private treatment rooms, a rehabilitation room, and an x-ray suite to introduce bodies to electric-stimulation, ultrasound, and cryotherapy treatments.
