During BeadQuest Mardi Gras Pub Crawl’s 7th annual run, participants will make their way through a 21 bar route in Wrigleyville. The quest will begin at 12 p.m. at John Barleycorn Wrigleyville where crawlers will gather to catch their first set of beads, enjoy drink specials, and bayou food specials including jambalaya and spicy crawfish. Revelers will follow a marching brass band down Clark St. and into Cubby Bear with face painting and palm readings as they bar hop on a quest to catch nine sets of beads before ending the crawl at Slugger’s World Class Sports Bar & Grill.

TBOX Bar Crawls

The team known as TBOX Bar Crawls produces many themed pub crawls each year. Events include the well known Christmas themed TBOX, Mardi Gras-themed BeadQuest and the baseball-themed TBOX Baseball Crawl. And the brains behind these quirky and interactive crawls is owner Christopher Festa, who aims to help locals have a memorable night out while simultaneously giving back to Chicago. Over the past six years, TBOX Bar Crawls has donated over $230,000 and more than thousands of boxes of cereal.
