Charly at the front desk was very helpful with getting my can in and out in a timely manner. Made my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation online at 9:30 AM and was out the door by 10:15 AM. Charly also hooked me out with an oil treatment and gas treatment. I'll definitely be back for the next mileston service suggested by my car manufacture.
They need help in what they do.
The guy who worked at the front desk was a living, breathing cartoon character. He had an endless amount of stale, dry humor and pointless, empty jokes that I could’ve easily live without.
The people who worked on my car were sweet but the person at the front desk was really intense, saying the f word constantly, talking on the phone to someone about a coworker and just really unprofessional
Good but would have been better if my Tires weren’t Old-Over-the-Limit. Thanks
It was quick service and Brian explained it nicely. They changed oil, filter and rotated Tyre.
Tire rotation was included in the service and I asked them to do it, but they did not. I didn't find out until later when I looked at the service records. I called to inquire and the mechanic said I did not need the tire rotation, that the tire wear was even. But I wish they had asked me instead of just deciding not to do it, since I specifically requested a tire rotation with oil change. The agent and mechanic were both very nice and helpful and polite.
The service was fine, but took quite a long time. I waited for someone to come to the desk for a while when I arrived. I had an appointment for 12pm and was told I'd be out within the hour. 90 minutes later, I got the keys to my car. The work took less than 30 minutes, so I am wondering why it took so long when I had an appointment in advance. The tires were not rotated (I was told this wasn't needed, which may have been true, but doesn't track with what I was told at my last oil change). My experience was so-so.
