Angelina Ballerina The Musical
Angelina may be a mouse, but she's worn many hats. The pink starlet has inspired a series of more than 15 books stretching back to the '80s, has starred in her own computer-animated PBS Kids show, Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps, and now dons her tutu for a live stage performance, Angelina Ballerina The Musical. Alongside her friends Alice, Gracie, AZ, Viki, and her teacher, Ms. Mimi, Angelina readies her celebrated dance moves to dazzle a famous visitor to their school, Camembert Academy. As they polish their Irish jig, hip-hop rhythms, modern dance moves, and ballet spins, Angelina crosses her fingers in hopes of a moment the limelight and enough time after the show to nibble any cracker crumbs left by the audience.

About Count Basie Center for the Arts
Upon entering the historic theater at the Count Basie Center for the Arts, guests may feel as though they’ve slipped through a crack in time and ended up in the early 1900s. Opulent marble staircases and gold details grab the eyes of visitors, recalling the decadence of Hollywood’s history and gently pulling them to the auditorium. There, the acoustically pleasing construction wins out as sound spreads and funnels through a sunburst dome embellished with a dangling chandelier. Since opening in 1926, the Basie Center has earned numerous accolades, including a nod from Pollstar magazine, which listed it as one of the Top 100 Worldwide Theatre Venues.
