What You'll Get
Neither Groupon nor FanXchange owns the tickets to this event or sets ticket prices. FanXchange’s third-party sellers list and sell the tickets. Because FanXchange’s third-party sellers set the ticket price and because pricing is subject to the forces of supply and demand, the price may be above or below face value.
A Guide for a Seamless Gameday with the Cleveland Browns
- Avoid the scrum of traffic. FirstEnergy Stadium shares land—and roadways— with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Great Lakes Science Center. Things can get crowded, but the RTA’s waterfront line makes for a viable alternative to driving. Take any Red, Blue, or Green line to the waterfront line, which lets off at West Third Street Station—just across the street from the stadium. The train is guaranteed to run for up to 90 minutes following the game.
- *If you drive, secure a spot ** via Parking Panda. Passes can be printed or redeemed through smart phones. They ensure you a place to leave your car within walking distance of the stadium.
- Pre-party inside at BrownsTown. The indoor tailgate room is located near section 134 and opens two hours before kickoff. Fans can feast on barbecue and drinks, and catch all the pre-game and league news on a 330-inch multi-media screen, or one of the 50-plus 52-inch or LCD TVs stationed throughout the area.
- Join the Pound or look for Swagger, the Browns’ official “live mascot.” Swagger is a 120-pound Bullmastiff dog that roams the sidelines; but more, he’s the realized manifestation of The Dawg Pound, the Browns’ long-running fan club that can be seen—and heard—in the bleachers behind the end zone.
What is FanXchange?
FanXchange is a ticket resale marketplace—third party sellers list and sell the tickets.
How do I purchase tickets?
After clicking the “Buy” button, you will be redirected to FanXchange’s site where your transaction will take place.
How do I view available dates and times?
Click the “Buy” button on this page to view available events on FanXchange’s site.
Why is the price on the deal page different than the price on the FanXchange site?
The price listed on the deal page is the lowest price at the time the tickets are made available via Groupon. FanXchange’s third-party sellers set the ticket prices and since Fanxchange is constantly getting new inventory at different prices, the price listed may no longer be available and prices may be above or below face value.
How do I get more information about children’s tickets, ADA seating, or parking for an event?
Please contact FanXchange for more information at (800) 969-8556 or email@example.com.
Will my seats be together?
As long as tickets are purchased in the same transaction, your seats will be side by side, unless indicated otherwise in the ticket notes on the FanXchange site.
