What You’ll Do
In Mexico, the “Fifth of May” commemorates the army’s unlikely triumph over the French at the Battle of Puebla in 1862—and that’s a heck of a lot more history than you’re going to hear during the Cinco de Drinko Pub Crawl. To commemorate one of history’s greatest underdog victories, the guides at Play Hard Productions aim to end it just like every underdog comedy ever: with free-flowing booze, rambunctious games, and a party that doesn’t stop at the end credits.
Five Bars, Five Drinks
The crawl starts at ViewHouse and stops at Jackson’s, Sports Column, and Hayter’s & Co. before finishing at the Ginn Mill. VIP options up the ante with an hour of all-you-can-drink cervezas.
Party-Hearty Guides and Games
A Play Hard guide leads the way to each bar and allays even the specter of awkward silences with games like flip cup and impromptu Spanish lessons.
After-Party and Costume Contest
That Star Wars stormtrooper costume you wear everywhere will finally pay off—unless someone wears a Star Wars stormtrooper costume and a serape.
Cinco De Drinko Team Challenge
Participants can sign up with up to 10 people on their team upon check-in to the crawl. Teams are designated five challenges to complete as a group throughout the crawl with prizes being awarded to first, second, and third places.
The package also includes a $20 Credit toward your first ride with Uber.
