What You’ll Do
Dough is an artistic medium: roll and cut it the right way, and you can create pasta in countless shapes ready for a rich coat of marinara or Alfredo sauce. During this hands-on cooking lesson, one of Taste Buds Kitchen’s professional chef instructors teaches you the art of making fresh pasta from scratch.
A Taste Buds Kitchen instructor shares a pasta dough recipe, as well as techniques to make various noodle shapes.
Savor and Share
Dine on the fruits of your pasta-making labor at the end of class, and take home leftover pasta to enjoy later.
Mix and Mingle
Sip wine or beer from home—glasses and bottle openers are provided—while meeting fellow students.

When she was a child, Taste Buds Kitchen founder and “Chief Bud” Jessi Walter Brelsford learned that food and fun were synonymous in her family’s weekly “gourmet nights.” Today, in Taste Buds’ 750-square-foot training kitchen, more than 20 culinary pros carry on this tradition by bringing gourmet fun to kids and adults alike.
