What You’ll Do

Behind the savory spices and colorful sauces that accompany tapas is one overriding theme: sharing. During Taste Buds Kitchen’s two-hour tapas-making class, not only do participants share in the appreciation of finished small plates, but they also share in the adventure of making their own from scratch.

  • Mix and Mingle
    Sip wine or beer from home (glasses and bottle openers will be provided) while meeting the fellow students in your group.

  • Prepare Authentic Spanish Tapas
    At cooking stations with ample materials and ingredients for everyone, learn how to cook albondigas (meatballs) while keeping them juicy, as well as paprika-butternut-squash empanadas and sangria.

  • Share a Meal
    After finishing your tapas, share them with your friends, taking home any leftovers and your newfound skills.
