First experience in cryotherapy. The people at gym were great! Seemed to be a nice place to join for healthy exercise.

This groupon offer was definitely a bait and switch promo. You pay 30 to groupon and upon setting up with gold gym they require that you place a credit card on file and also sign a contract. First 3 months are free, you have to cancel before then or be enrolled in their month to month service. Once that occurs you have to cancel at the cost of 2 monthly payments. It's difficult to cancel bc you have to do it in person with the manager. I wouldn't recommend this unless you decide to stay with the gym.

Meh... The gym looks nice but beware, the deal doesn't automatically cancel after 3 months as stated on Groupon, will roll over into a $30 Membership after the 90 days, then can only be cancelled with 60 days advance notice and with a hefty termination fee if cancelled within the first 6 Months. Also, this is only for their lowest level of membership, so no guest passes for example. Tried to upsell to the Gold Membership for an additional 50 sign up fee plus 10 per month on top of the Groupon deal.

The hours of operation allow varied workout times. The gym is centrally located and is surrounded by wonderful stores for shopping. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly; Demonstrating each machine and its proper position for my height and size.
