If I am reviewing the product, it is almost the same as my 2019 version thank goodness! If I am reviewing this process, WOW! Super easy! If I were to edit the email about what steps to take to complete the action, I would put DELETE MS OFFICE FIRST in bold and capitals. And maybe add a radio button that goes to an uninstall instruction page. My parents would have been clueless. BUT The Install! Flawless! SO much easier than I anticipated! Thank you again!
