Staff was great. Shuttle was right there waiting! A staff member came running up before the shuttle left bringing us a suitcase that we left in the backseat of the car. My granddaughter thought I took it and I thought she had it. Thanks to a very observant staff member, that could been a disaster!
The process was relatively straightforward. I didn't follow directions exactly and emailed for support and got a quick response. This is so much more affordable than the annual subscription from Microsoft!
