The worker did a great job and worked fast. However, he pointed out how dirty the furnace and fan were (and it was) but pushed for an upsell to do a complete cleaning. I was in the process of selling our house so I went for it even though it was $300. In the end it was just manual labor to disassemble, clean and reassemble and took about an hour. $300 is OUTRAGEOUS for an hour's work.
Also, I did not know he left the furnace main switch off when he left! About a month later when it got cold enough to cause the furnace to come on it didn't!!!! I called and he came out and quickly fixed it by turning the main switch on.

Friendly and quick. I knew going in that they try to up sell you on all the services you need, and that this service only covers the bare minimum. The first quote I got to clean everything out was 400$. As he worked, the price came down, as it does. We declined and he did what he could and left. Don’t forget sales tax that the Groupon doesn’t cover. It was a little less than $5.
