I wanted to give them a 5 star but I am not satisfied with the customer service. Nancy should get back with me within 2 days but it’s been 2 weeks. I texted her but never replied to me.

There is an opportunity for improvement on the customer service side. Went into the clinic, no one was on the front desk, waited for 10 minutes. Then receptionist came, she was friendly but there was no introduction of herself and what the IV therapy procedure entail. During the IV therapy, another lady came and hooked us up with an IV bag. No introduction of herself nor about the procedure.

Great experience! Staff is friendly and they make you feel at home since the moment you step foot. The place is super clean. They explain to you everything in detail. Definitely recommend it!!
