What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Impact Strong is a community-minded fitness center with a desire to inspire others by helping shape goals into action. The 30-minute cardio workout is a format that has proven successful throughout the years.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The greatest reaction is always when a customer relays his/her surprise that working out can really be this much fun and something that's looked forward to throughout the week.
